Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering 2017 (GATE 2017) was conducted by IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Roorkee. The results for the GATE 2017 will be declared on March 12 around 5 pm, on the official website of GATE. The results will be declared by IIT on the official website.
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or the GATE exam is held once a year for students who want to pursue a career in engineering by doing the M-Tech course. The GATE exam result is used by many colleges for their admissions into the M-Tech courses.

Soon after the results are announced the cut offs of the colleges will be announced and the admission procedure will begin starting with the counselling.
